Approval by the Higher Education Development Council for Admission of Students in Food Science and Engineering

According to the Public Relations and International Affairs Office of Ardakan University, the university has received approval from the Higher Education Development Council to admit students in the undergraduate program of “Food Science and Engineering” starting from the academic year 2025-2026.

In the meeting held on May 24, 2025 (4/3/1404 in the Iranian calendar), the Higher Education Development Council granted final approval for student admission to the undergraduate program in Food Science and Engineering. Ardakan County is recognized as a hub for the production of processed and complementary food industry products, especially sesame-based products, in the country. This academic program aligns with the university’s mission to address the scientific, technological, and social needs of the region and reflects the university’s commitment to meeting the requirements of the county and province.
